Advisory
I work alongside your team inside the tools they already use, on their real work, not a training deck. We set up the environment, agree on what good output looks like, and write down the patterns that hold up so the work keeps going after I leave. Nothing gets built for you here. You bring questions and you get answers, for as long as that is useful.
Training you and your team on the tools
Which model for which job
No build, just answers
Who it’s for
Teams whose people are curious about this and stuck at the demo, and leaders who would rather build the capability in-house than keep renting it.
What it looks like
- +Hands-on sessions on your team’s actual work, not sample data
- +Tooling and environment setup so the work is repeatable
- +Which model for which job, and what changed this month that matters to you
- +Prompt, review, and evaluation patterns written for your context
- +An internal playbook the team owns and maintains
What you end up with
- →A team that works this way without waiting on me
- →Shared standards for what good output looks like
- →Capability that stays after the engagement ends
Before you ask
The practical stuff.
What if it’s just me, not a team?
That’s fine, and it’s common. Most of this starts with one person who is tired of guessing which of these tools is worth their time.
Do you build anything in this?
No, and that is the point of keeping it separate. If we get to something worth building, that is a different conversation and I will say so rather than quietly turning this into it.
How often does it run?
Sessions when you want them, or a monthly retainer when the questions keep coming. It should match how often you actually have something to ask.
