Most technical help starts at the code. I start a step earlier: how does this business actually run, and what is this product supposed to do for the person on the other end of it? I want to get behind the thing I’m building. That’s the part that decides whether what ships gets used.
From there I build: apps, integrations, automations, full systems. AI is how I get there faster, and where it belongs in the product itself, I put it there. Where it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
Why do you want AI? That’s usually my first question. Some teams have a clear answer. Some just know the technology matters and haven’t found their way in yet. If that’s you, getting you comfortable working this way is part of the engagement, not something extra I charge for.
Right now I’m embedded with a residential homebuilder shipping AI across sales, operations, and construction, advising on ClawCrazy, and building for founders and product teams independently.
